Elevate Counselling and Therapy

Elevate Counselling and Therapy is a safe space for all to enter as they are. We believe everyone has a story to tell and the counsellors at Elevate come alongside to walk through life stories. We offer Counselling for individuals, families, and couples. We also provide training for Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training.
